Arrive at Gan International Airport, where you will be escorted to your resort by speedboat. After breakfast at the hotel, begin your day with a visit to the Mathikilhi Eco Garden on Meedhoo Island. This protected wetland—the first of its kind in the Maldives—offers a unique blend of natural beauty and cultural significance. As part of a broader island exploration, you’ll walk through lush greenery, freshwater ponds, and traditional landscapes that showcase Addu’s ecological heritage. Enjoy breakfast before heading out for a special bird?watching tour to spot the elusive Whiteturn, locally known as Addu Dhon Deeni. This distinctive seabird is found only in the Maldives and is especially common in South Addu, making it a rare and memorable sight for nature enthusiasts.
